The site is well-designed and easy to use, users will be able to tell after just a few minutes browsing that this is a professional service.

Basic signup is easy, with just a simple questionaire to fill out although you will have to wait some hours for your account to be verified. However, this doesn't stop you from checking out the look, features and profiles of Muslim Matrimony. If you decide you like what you see, your next step will be to fill in the remaining information on your account. While this may be tiresome, it really is an investment in your dating activity as a complete profile (with picture) tends to attract far more attention than a hastily put together one.

This starts at as little as $1 a day for a gold membership which can be upgraded if you need more time or contact details. We were a bit disappointed to find that Platinum Membership, despite being the most expensive and lasting for 6 months, comes with fewer Mobile numbers and SMSs than Diamond membership. This didn't really make any sense to us and when we put the question to customer services we were met with silence. In fact, the customer services live chat seems to consist of pre-written garble on prices and features; once you pose any question off the script the chat is ended. Another disappointment from Muslim Matrimony. 

It seems as though, while Muslim Matrimony's size allows them to offer good features at a cheap price, it does mean they lack that personal touch and this is reflected by poor customer services. As Muslim Matrimony seems to be quite well designed and easy to use, most users will not need to contact customer support. However, if you're not very computer literate, don't expect much help.
