There is nothing great about this site at all! IN FACT it is a pile of shit run by money greedy typical Asians! When are the Muslims going to actually start purifying their intentions?! Try I think it's called Half Our Deen...I haven't yet because the shitty singlemuslim.com has left me bitter towards cyberspace soul searching!!!!
The things I have encountered:
*Fake profiles (members messaging me then evaporating)
*Suspension of my account when a guy had been rude to me
*Some of the 'great' profiles have been on there for a while to fool you!
*The reason I've rated getting a date so high is because there are many tom dick and harrys on there that would happily meet up for a fling ASTAGHFIRULLAH!
*The person on the other side of the phone line (admin staff who I had to call after suspension) is rude and sounds like an old Asian man who sits there having fun all day on this site. He'd recognised my picture when I had re-activated, and seemed to notice the changes here and there - a bit strange considering the claims of thousands of profiles, not to mention freaky. I bet he's just a greasy unhappy man who sits perving on the female profiles! Ever wandered why girls are allowed to put all sorts of posy pictures as profile pictures whilst the rules are 'clear full face pictures only'...yep makes the greasy man theory all the more true!
*Guys pay...if the site was serious, you really think they'd allow those shitty badly composed profiles of many of the guys (and girls alike if I'm being fair) NO. I wouldn't advise a guy to pay!
*Let me spell it out, most guys want sex, many are lost in life and come out of desperation hoping they'd find some angel waiting for them to take under her wing!!! And many of the girls on there (from the horror stories I have heard) have issues emotional, lack of confidence, attention seeking bla bla bla...and then you get those of us who are serious with good intentions who get caught up in the dirt! Allah hu Alim.
*It's ran by Asians not Muslims and typical of Asians to forget doing things out the goodness of their hearts and fall prey to greed for money. It's a shame!
Those reviews on the site are no doubt fabricated. The 'positive' reviews on this page no doubt are also fabricated.
THE SITE IS SHIT AS ARE THE ADMIN STAFF AND HALF THAT RUBBISH THEY HAVE ON THERE ABOUT HELP AND SUPPORT, FRAUD BLA BLA BLA!!! The profiles are fake! Their chat system allows for loose communication (very decent Muslim option indeed - might as well have advanced Msn options)!
I have deleted my profile and hold on to hope that I'll meet someone in the real world!
If only I could slap the creators of that site, it would cool my anger for all the valuable hours of my time it has wasted! If they were really serious, they'd do security checks!
God is watching and only He knows why they would create such a loose territory encouraging fitna and cheap behaviour!!!!! SHAME ON THE DUMN SCREWED UP ASIANS policing the site! Sure says a lot about the types of families they come from! They sure as hell better wish karma doesn't get them back through their sisters!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha it says 'would you recommend trying it' with only 'yes' and 'no' options! F****** HELL NO would be a better suited option!
P.s please forgive me for the eye aching bad language. It's not my usual manner of expression but the mention of that site just infuriates me! I was just browsing reviews for the site and when I came across this page; couldn't help put out my warning!!!! Please all those of you with pure intentions, find other means or other sites, but avoid singlemuslim.com and shaadi.com
In summary, I would not recommend Single Muslim to a friend.
