I'm afraid this site is not what it claims to be. It certainly isn't halal as there are many people on there not even of the muslim faith or claim to be muslim at at all. Also, when you complain about inappropriate behaviour they do not take this seriously and instead try to either get rid of you from the site or just simply ignore you. I've also heard claims of fake profiles and can't help but feel this is true with the experiences I've had. I've also heard of lots of other problems finiacially and otherwise from this site. It's run by a very immature group of people who claim to be halal and professional but certainly don't live up to it!
In summary, I would not recommend Single Muslim to a friend.
