Users have the option to add up to 5 photographs to their profile, which, although sufficient for most people, is a long way from the ‘unlimited’ profiles of other sites within the category and we felt that some users may find such a restriction quite limiting.

Whilst Nikah.com clearly has a place in the hearts of many Muslims, as it suggests it is the world's largest Muslim matrimonial service, we thought that a few features were missing (especially considering the cost of the service) and a few minor changes would make a vast difference in terms of value for money (and indeed, where we rank the site within our reviews).

What most disappointed us was the poor web design of the site. The 'help' and 'about' sections seem to have disappeared and clicking these links simply brings you back to your profile page. Considering the cost of Nikah.com we feel that a well designed website would add value, making browsing a little easier.

Whilst Nikah.com is clearly missing a few things, it is one of the best sites we have come across in terms of strictly applying Halal principles to online matrimonial services, a feature we know will prove important for many of our readers. Along with stricter security requirements, we believe the user base of Nikah.com to take the site seriously.

Furthermore, Nikah.com explicitly points to elements of religious teaching and Islamic scholarly discussion that have informed their strategy and ethos. We felt that this aspect of the site was particularly impressive.
