However, after many readers' complaints, and further research on our part we have subsequently rated down SingleMuslim.com. This was mainly based on user accounts of dire customer service.

Despite this being on offer 24/7, reps were reported to be rude and unhelpful and in some cases, deleting the accounts of subscribers for no apparent reason and without refund. Furthermore, we even received reports of customer support doing nothing to protect users from others acting in a predatory manner which apparently is not uncommon at SingleMuslim.com. It is, of course, possible that these negative customer reports are unfounded. We shall leave it up to you to be the judge.

Finally, we do advise users to be aware of SingleMuslim.com's cancelation policy which requires 28 days notice; if you are unhappy with the service you have to be very quick to cancel the automatic renewal of the next month's payment!

Overall, simply due to its large user base and quality features, we still believe SingleMuslim has the potential to offer a good service. However, we do urge customers to be cautious regarding the trustworthiness of this site, especially at $49 per month which is not cheap.
