I tried Singlemuslim.com by registering as a woman as that is what I am and therefore entitled to the FREE account just to test it out. I set it up with basic information and no picture.
Within approval time of less than a day, I received over 30 messages from the men subscribing on the website. I read the message, whilst some were genuine, others were not so genuine. I replied back to some of them.
About a week later, I received an email stating that my account was suspended and to unsuspend it I would have to provide them with a passport, driving licence and proof of address.
Now does anyone who wants to stay anonymous and single want to provide such information as no other muslim matrimonial site asks for this information (I have tried Shaadi.com, Helahel.com, Freedating.co.uk, Bestmuslim.com, Zawaj.com, Nikah.com)
Then there is the issue of ID fraud/theft, Human Rights Act, Data Protection etc.
So if sisters are thinking of registering beware that this is a business and they need to make money so it will be FREE for a certain amount of time before your account is supended.
I Want nothing to do with a Fake Muslim Scam website as some people will do anything for money either you subscribing or them selling your ID!
Signs of the times are these so called Muslims.
In summary, I would not recommend Single Muslim to a friend.
